9 Japanese automakers

Japanese cars are built and designed flooded the North American market for over forty years now. Over time, you can come and many plates gone, but Japanese cars continue to gain market share and acceptance with a growing number of motorists to attract high quality and durability. There are nine Japanese automakers companies in existence. You can remember? Let's take a look at the list:
Toyota - the car second largest in the world is Toyota, maker of the Camry, Corolla, and a range of SUVs, trucks and cars and a minibus. Toyota Lexus Division produces luxury cars, while the Division manufactures Scion youth.

Honda - Civic and Honda Accord models and are the most common, followed by a minibus Odyssey, Ridgeline truck, race, and many other cars. ACURA is the name given to the luxury car division Honda.

April - Drive A Datsun, then decide. Even the early 1980s, and was Datsun panel in April in North America, but turned to April to give it a more global name. The Sentra, Maxima, Pathfinder and division are among the best-selling car. Infiniti is the luxury car division in April. Cars RENAULT France holds a majority stake in Nissan.

Mitsubishi - Mitsubishi started importing the original exclusively by Chrysler to sell cars under its own name in the 1980s. Best selling models include the Lancer, Eclipse and Monteiro. DaimlerChrysler owns part of the company.

Mazda - tribute Miata, and "6" are some of the most Mazda models well known. Mazda 6 platform also powers several Ford Motor Company Mercury Milan in particular. Ford owns a large stake in the company.

Subaru - Think all wheel drive and you may think Subaru. Forester, Outback, all models sold more Subaru heritage. Fuji Heavy Industries [FHI] owns Subaru, General Motors holds a 20 per cent FHI.

Suzuki - 20% owned by General Motors and Suzuki was also noted for the production of cars whether for manufacturing motorcycles. The Grand Vitara is one of the most famous models.

ISUZU - You said GM? Again, GM owns a stake in Isuzu. At the time of import cars Isuzu United States, but those days are gone. Currently, Isuzu has a purpose and they do not sell cars - SUVs and rookie UPS series I pick up - and simply rebadged GMC cars.

The representative models and Daihatsu Rocky show when I started the automaker to sell cars in North America in 1988 - Daihatsu, four years after its closure operations in North America. In 1999, he took control of Toyota interests of the company.

So, there you have it: There are nine Japanese automakers, two of which are still independent. As well as the consolidation of the U.S. market is more than likely completely disappear with plates, like Packard, Hudson, Oldsmobile, Plymouth, and a host of other nameplates in North America and hunted in the history books.
